Governor's Place is located just South of I-10 and just East of Grand Parkway, Highway 99. Begun in the mid 1980's and completed in the mid 1990's, this small neighborhood is close to everything you need.
Located close to grocery shopping (HEB, 2 Krogers, Randalls), a movie theatre (Cinemark 19), great gym facilities (Lifetime Fitness, Katy Excel gym), only a couple of miles from Katy Mills Mall , and all kinds of restaurants, both fancy and fast.
